Avoid at all costs – aagam heights - Sunflower wing Surat I stayed here for almost 8 months, and it was one of the worst experiences. The society gets severely waterlogged during the rains. Residents park their vehicles wherever they want, making it chaotic and unsafe. The construction quality is extremely poor. Lifts are often non-functional, and there's an unpleasant odor at night due to a nearby dumpyard. This review specifically concerns the Sunflower building. I strongly advise against renting or buying property here.

There are 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats are available with amenities like garden, swimming pool, gym, game zone, children play area, senior citizen sitting area, basement parking, ground floor parking. I own flat in this project and I am really enjoying calm and peaceful living here. Swimming pool and gym is well maintained. Big parking area. Attractive entrance gate. Metro train route is also touched with this project so huge opportunity for price gain and diamond bource is also very nearer to this project.

A very peaceful society to live in. No traffic noise and good amenities with a well maintained garden. 24/7 security. And very nicely people around. (Pet friendly) fully greenery around the society with lots of trees 🌳 and plants 🪴 great atmosphere... best place to stay in nature

Affordable Property with lots of amenities i.e Gym, Game Zone, Swimming pool & Garden. Huge parking space, better security with handy availability of cctv to keep a eye on. View from the gallery is just amazing.

The society is good. But there are no amenities. Work quality is poor and even the owner has no inputs. Please think many times before investing.
