As owning the flat...i would not recommend anybody to purchse there no quality neither the managements are supportive...construction is too poor...i can say 0/10..they are giving just 1 year of warrenty for material and the material which is using in construction in the form of wires,bathroom ware and everything is not at all good. Never never fell into the facilities..you will be regreting after,this all is for marketing policies, not for the customer satisfaction...even though parking facilities is not there When you come for purchasing they will show you alots of things but you will not get anything from them...

The builder has not taken the appropriate load of the electricity consumption. In every summer, we face power cut at night so frequently. Many a time, it is Two three times in one night. Kids, Elderly people, sick and pregnant women face the most problem. Can't sleep at night.

Society is very spacious, clean, and nerby Landmark mall. All kinds of facilities are nearby at walking distance.

Great place to live, it has gym, garden, good facilities. Cleanliness, safety. Would recommend 👍
