This review is based on experience of purchase of flat to handover. If you are buying flat please keep following points in mind. 1. Review the payment milestone. Almost 95% payment they take it before possession. This is against any of bank policy. You will stuck between bank and Adani. 2. Customer support is extremely poor. The focal point is just name shake and never respond to you. Escalation matrix is also on just paper. Does nothing to support customer. 3. Timeline is not reliable. Consider 12 to 18 month later than what they promised. Read the agreement which will have RERA possession date. Consider approx that time. However that is only seen after 10 to 20% payment so u are already trapped. 4. Always insist and add clause in your agreement for final payment after all amenities completed and after you inspect the property. There are some positive things which is also important to note. 1. Full cheque payment 2. Most of the bank provide loan 3. They deliver all documents at your home. That is most convenient if you are not located in same city or even outside of India also. I will update my review on construction quality after 1 year of use.

Good contstruction. One of the best residential society developed in the area. Architect is Apurva Amin which itself speaks about the quality. All parking pipes are covered with box. so no cluttered pipe network is visible. The building has many amenities such as Box Cricket, Senior Citicen sitout, school bus pcik and drop, park+ RFID access, Air concditioned reception lobby in all block, sofa for visitors, Allocated parking on lottery system(open/Shed/Basement), Gazeebo, Equipped Gym, Air conditioned Clubhouse with big sceen HD projector, Yoga Deck, Gazebo, Digital locks, High speed lifts, CCTV, separate entry exit gates, Power arrestor, Solar panel. The building iss adjacent to a AMC Park with lake. The society is good with regular activites almost every month.

Best property with in budget. Having excellent connectivity with S.G. HIghway And S.P. Ring road. With in close proximity of Vaishnodevi circle. Having all the required amenities offered to residents. Buying this property directly from builder.

The nearby village noise, temple loudspeaker and train will make your life hell. Can't imagine working from home or sleeping well in such a noisy environment
