"I have repeatedly called and met all of you in person to request this. Ever since I registered flat D-204 in Avadh Skyline, I have provided my interior design details to everyone, including Jigarbhai, Bhavinbhai, and jitendrabhai, who work at the Avadh Skyline Tarsali site. There are no outstanding dues/payments left from my end regarding my flat. Despite me explicitly telling them not to install my windows, they went ahead and did it anyway. Now, they are refusing to remove those windows and reinstall them in the correct new location. I have met them repeatedly and pleaded with them regarding this matter, but they are not making any decisions and are not completing the work on my house. The painting and furniture work in my house are already finished, but the space for the living room's aluminum frame is still lying completely bare. This change of location was already specified in my interior design plans. The builder, as well as every employee working there, has been fully aware of this information from the time of flat booking until now. Now that my full payment has been made, they are paying absolutely no attention to my flat. They only pick up my calls after letting it ring 3 to 4 times, and they just waste days by repeatedly giving empty promises like, 'Yes, we will get it done.' I am completely fed up with this situation, and I have lost hope as to whether my work will ever get done or not." Apart from this, there are many other pending works in the flat that they are simply not completing. The painting is already done, and the furniture work was completed 2 months ago, but they still haven’t installed the shutter door between the living room and the balcony. Because of this, my flat is constantly getting filled with dust and garbage, which is ruining both my furniture and the paint. Who will take responsibility for the damage to the belongings worth lakhs of rupees material that are lying completely exposed in my house? Therefore, due to this ongoing negligence, I am stopping the cheques I have issued to them. Until they clean my flat, install the door shutters, and complete every single remaining piece of work, I will not allow any cheque to clear.

Change your sales team. They don’t seem interested in showing your project to prospective buyers. I’ve never experienced this level of arrogance anywhere else. One member of your sales team even said to me, “Humne aap par upkar kiya hai ghar dekar.” This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Buying a home is a significant investment, and customers deserve respect, not such remarks. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the way your sales team interacts with customers.
