The quality of work is not managed by them, the quality of material which they are offering are too bad. They even doesn't care if something happened wrong after sales, they will least bothered what you will face. I am very disappointed after bought a home at their scheme called DHARTI EXOTICA. One of the worst builders. Nobody should buy their property! Absolutely worst quality build and substandard products used in construction. No support from the builder in terms of any maintenance. Do not buy any of their property if you don’t want peace and happiness.

Don't buy flat from this builder.poor quality of flat construction. Water seepage from the wall is common problem after possession. When you complain to builder, he is not ready to listen the problem.
