Empire Evok

I would strongly advise people to think carefully before investing in Empire Evok. My experience, along with feedback from several residents, has been disappointing. The builder seems more focused on money than on delivering genuine quality and commitments. Many promises were made at the time of purchase, but in reality, those commitments have not been fulfilled. One major issue is the water problem, which has still not been resolved even after more than a year. For a project of this scale, such a basic necessity remaining unresolved raises serious concerns about management and accountability. I have personally checked with people who already purchased flats there, and many of them regret their decision. Please do proper research before buying in Empire Evok. Don’t waste your hard-earned money based on false promises.
