I am highly dissatisfied with the construction quality and workmanship provided by the builder. The water leakage has occurred due to the use of substandard/default piping material and careless installation, as clearly visible in the damaged pipe. The pipe was embedded inside cemented work, yet the site engineer is claiming it was cut by a mouse, which is illogical and unacceptable. This clearly indicates poor-quality material or faulty workmanship. Despite this being a construction defect, no builder or sales representative has visited the site to inspect the issue, and instead they are demanding payment for repairs. The builder must take full responsibility and rectify the defect at no additional cost.
