False Promises and Poor Communication – Think Twice Before Booking I booked a flat in Orchid Valley, Shela, Ahmedabad—first drawn in by the builder's and broker’s promises of early possession between May–July 2024. I booked in Jun 2023, we were clearly told that the December 2025 possession date in the official documents was just a formality and not to worry about it. Despite the flat now receiving Building Use (BU) permission, we are still being denied possession. Initially, there were excuses like minor delays due to fire safety compliance, but since then, there has been complete silence—no clear communication, no updates, and no support from the builder's side. Repeated follow-ups have led nowhere. Brokers themselves are now saying they’re being disrespected and even denied access to the builder’s office. There’s a shocking lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability. This delay has caused significant financial strain, as we continue to pay both EMIs and rent, along with emotional stress and disruption to family plans like children’s education. Honestly, this has been one of the worst home-buying experiences. I would have expected more reliability even from a government housing scheme. I strongly urge anyone considering Orchid Valley to think twice before investing. The builder’s false promises and lack of commitment are deeply disappointing.

I had an interaction with Mr. Amrish Rao, Sales Manager, and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. His communication style came across as unprofessional and lacked the courtesy and respect typically expected in a customer-facing role. I hope the management team addresses this to ensure better professionalism and customer engagement in the future.

Very bad experience purchased flat Orchid Valley from Goyal builder.. Bad Quality construction and every wall have water leakage and seepage. Now complaining many time but no action taken by anyone from builder for permanent solution. Supervisor two time done some work still issue not fixed. My hard earned money seems waste.

Overall good buy at Skycity. Quality is good and possession was given 4 month earlier then mentioned during buying time. I had a very good experience at corporate office with Khushbu Vadodariya also recently, arranged for documents required for some matter quite fast and that was very helpful

Their site Orchid Blues has big Water logging issue and because of that dangue cases are rising there but there is no solution. Don't expect any support or help from them after sales.

Don’t expect this kind illogical design from a reputed builder like goyal. Never recommend.
