My experience with HAPPY Group was unprofessional. I was invited for a final meeting twice, but each time the statements and pricing changed. There seemed to be clear internal gaps, disputes, and a lack of coordination, which affected my trust and comfort in dealing with them. Every meeting brought new or revised information, making it difficult to have clarity or confidence in their commitments. Reaching the right people was also challenging, and communication often felt disorganized. I would advise anyone to ensure full transparency and clarity of all details from the very beginning. From my observation, many of the highly positive reviews on their website appear to be from internal staff or close associates, which raises some concerns about authenticity. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope the company works on improving professionalism, consistency, and customer respect.

Worst ever construction quality. Many times all resident complaint to Site office.....No action.....Poor quality of material. Hardly year of Happy Highland and lot of problem in Construction quality.
