Honest Review:- A big warning to all the members of Indraprasth Saptak and other future members. There is no etiquette and way of talking in one of the staff member - Nalinbhai Several reviews can be seen about that aged person with white hair and third class attitude We are the members of Indraprasth Saptak, we organised a function in the multipurpose hall and they said your caterers broke a pipe in the kitchen pipeline which goes through the basement ceiling. They have not given any evidence and just took to opportunity to deduct money from the deposit paid for our Vastu Puja. They gave us repair estimate of Rs 3500 however when we called our plumber the actual estimate given was just Rs 1000. The staff members & manager mark up monies on the actual repair cost and give higher estimates to fill their pockets. Never expected this. They havent even given us the receipt/bill for the repair cost. Deep Builders should look into this as such staff members can ruin the reputation of the entire group/legacy.

Agree with them they treat the designers and architects very badly. The white hair men that was sitting in the office is totally rude and his way of talking with girl is very bad. Even i faced the same problem...I am feeling dizziness due to summers they even deny of water in that condition too even i told him too i will pay you for the bottle but please see the health first.This man totally spoil the goodwill of society

Deep builders do lot of malpractice in society accounts, doesn't provide deposits interest and use society funds for common amenities development, they don't handover accounts to forming society. Also, construction quality not being monitored properly. Everywhere there will be cost cutting, even sometimes walls are not aligned. They use to sell open space for parking at high rates, violates BU plans.

Worst builder ever ! There is no addicates and way of talking in the employess. The man sitting in the office is totally rude and very bad behaviour towards interior designer.They even deny to provide water at hot summer for drinking and he replied back sabko pani bat te toh nhi rahege apna pani khud lao. So aap kya hi service provide krogey. The bottle cost just rs 10 and you behave like this.

This is very good scheme of Deep builder's.
