The location of this project is excellent, and overall I’m happy with the quality of construction offered at a very reasonable price. It’s a good option for anyone looking for an affordable home. However, the biggest issue is the delay in completion. The builder has taken around 5–6 years to finish the project, and timelines have not been properly communicated. There have been multiple promises that were not fulfilled on time. Even now, several works are still pending, the lift is not operational, and there is no proper entrance board. On the positive side, the builder, Mr. Bahal, and his son Abhishek are polite and have a good nature, which makes communication easier. Overall, while the project offers good value for money and decent construction quality, the delays and incomplete facilities are important factors to consider.

Yes this project is at slum area at present, but the price you are getting for 2BHK is unbeatable in this location. For i.e. same size of 2BHK you are getting at 42.00 Lac is what you are getting here just in ₹27.00 lac.
