My Gujarati husband and his family had a rather unpleasant experience when they went in looking to buy flats here. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t even bother giving feedback to businesses with such a despicable value system but since there’s no forewarning about their casteist discrimination in any of their advertisement media, I thought I should let everyone here know about it, lest more people be subjected to such an ordeal at their hands. If your CASTE displeases their unevolved minds, you’ll be asked to leave, quite harshly. They have zero respect for your person. They also have no consideration for your time.(My husband had traveled from Bombay.) Do save your energy for happier places and people. Don’t go to Kruti whatever to get insulted. They don’t deserve your money nor your attention.

What a Pathetic mentality these people have.. Ridiculous!! CASTEISM in 2022... seriously? You people should mention these flats are only for patels.. get yourself some education please! First thing they will ask you is, WHAT IS YOUR CASTE? And then non of the other castes are allowed to even have a look

If you find Best Flat and Best Location then Kruti Onella is one of the best of your choice. Must Visit this Place located in 150 Feet Road with Budget Friendly, Once you Visit you notice that Builder is very genuine person and given best guidance for flat and amenities.

Just move in. The source of water seems to be the issue 😔. Too many formalities since it is sparsely populated not all amenities are active yet initiated a few prudent. Too early to give a long review and post some pictures. Will do it shortly.

Wide and huge. Flats looks very small in size. But location is good.
