In my 18-year career, I have never come across such an unprofessional company culture. Additionally, they claim to be authorized channel partners for all builders, which is not true. Anyone planning to buy property through them should be cautious. I approached Kunvarji Realty Advisors for an appraisal, and although they initially said it would be given the following month, I never received one. After 7 months of following, they simply told me there were “performance issues” and asked me to resign. This was extremely disappointing, especially after dedicating 1.5 years to the company—creating 400+ websites, handling major issues, working late nights, and completing urgent changes whenever required. Despite my hard work, honesty, and commitment, my efforts were never valued.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against joining this company. I found the management (nepokid) disorganized, inexperienced, and incredibly frustrating to deal with. Communication was poor, resources were lacking, and incentives were promised but endlessly delayed or explained away. The work environment I experienced felt unprofessional, and HR processes—especially around deductions and performance—felt unclear and inconsistent. Appraisals seemed like a formality, and even after meeting targets, I didn’t receive the incentives I expected. Overall, my experience was exhausting and disappointing.Protect your time and career—ask tough questions or look elsewhere.

They sell your data without your consent. Even after specifically mentioning about not the share my data to any third party they sold my details to various home loan providers, home furnishing brands and other. Now I get multiple sales and marketing calls from their fellow data brokers. Extremely unprofessional.
