One of best place for business. Nice, quite and clean. Location is beautiful and near SG highway so traveling is easy. There is so many shops and private limited companys. Also have a restaurant and one small grocery mall. Mobiles selling and repairing also available if you want to buy. Petrol pump also 3-4 km far from this business hub.
Empire business hub is one of the best commercial building on Science city road. Wel maintain building and oy problem of two wheel parking at that place. If you are looking for visit at business empire hub just set your bike parking beside building municipal parking

Commercial and business offices, located at one of the porche area about 2km from science City. Building is so well designed. With all the facilities like parking, guest area, cafeteria etc.
Clean and well maintained place . They have two floor for parking , attractive reception area on ground floor . Canteen area is also there with natural environment.
Full building is with business office. Infrastructure is very good. Also canteen is good. I like it most.
