If you want to buy or move into this building... you may need to give a second thought.. if you want to k ow why, then read below ... 1. There is a garbage treatment plant. i dont know how far it is from the flat ... but the smells are too strong that you forget about opening balcony doors( you can feel this at night) ... 2. There is a large printing press that creates so much noise, so forget about opening another side window. 3. There is no fiber connection for Internet put extra cost on air fibre .. 4. There is not enough parking for cars or if it's there not managebale . 5. No peace every time you can here hunk or some construction sound as buildings is surrounded by construction site. 6. Excess amount of dust due to regular construction that you will be tired of cleaning.. 7. Nothing is available near the buildings. You have to travel for at least 2km for every single house hold requirements or order from e-commerce by paying extra .

Poorly build building, no support after selling house. Bathroom toilet collapsed after 1 week of regular use. Do not purchase property here.
