Property good, but construction was poor. After some time, I faced leakage, plumbing, electric short circuits, and parking issues. It was not handed over properly. There are lots of stray animals nearby, like cows, buffaloes, and dogs, which makes it feel very dirty and ugly to stay. It's also very interior, so there's only one way to enter and exit. There's a lot of nuisance nearby. I don't feel it's premium.

Moving in our new home. Good location and Good Construction. No fancy amenities so monthly maintenance should be low. Builder and the staff are very good people. We got a clean deal without manipulation and all documents are clear. All in all very happy about overall experience

Handling and commitment of group owner is not appropriate.Not timely delivery of commitment.To sell propert they commit and later dot honour their commitment.Parking allotment not done till date despite commit to give in Oct 24. Buyer be careful.

Best Property for all who deserves the quality in unique rate with peaceful service. I have booked my dream flat in Pancham Aristo as I said in my previous statement
