After living in Polaris Elina Society for a year, it has been a deeply disappointing experience. Many basic amenities promised, such as the kids' play area, remain unavailable. The cleaning services are poorly managed, and there is no professional security service in place, which raises serious concerns. Despite multiple reminders, the issue of water leakage from balconies into the society compound has not been resolved, with management making empty promises. Additionally, the garden is neglected and poorly maintained, further diminishing the quality of living in the society.

Working with Polaris Group was a fantastic experience. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, making the entire real estate process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Unfortunately you have not been able to deliver the Polaris Celestia on time and still even after 4 years and 6 months of time basic amenities are missing .There is a Hugh gap between your commitment and actual delivery.
