It has parking available for two wheelers and some four wheelers can also be accommodated on it if the space is available but mostly no space is available because as it is situated on the main road , for commercial their is indusind bank's atm , daikin ac showroom also with local shops such as eye glasses and tailor.

A residential cum commercial complex located near mother school. A neet and clean residential property built by renowned developers in a series of Pratham. Ground and first floor being used as commercial and rest floor as residential. Enough parking space. Under commercial ATMs of some bank are there, medical and provisional store are also there. However outside of building not so maintained.

It’s very old but a landmark building of the area. The complex has good parking but the the basement shops suffer a lot in monsoon. This complex has shop in the lower floor and completely residential flats on the above. The location is prime and road touch and a good investment option to have a house or a shop.

construction quality is very poor, empty hollows are made, only show off from outside, even after complaint they did not resolve. After investing money i feel like money fell into water very bad experience with pratham enterprises and pratham ivy. big name false
