Samanvay Satgunam

Very bad experience I have with this samanvay. When I withdraw my booking I have to run after these people for my refund amount. No one reply given by them. Even no one pick up my phone. Very sad. Everyone who trying to purchase house beware about your refund. It will be may Very difficult. After 1 month completed of above review, no one interested for refund. Very third class staff in this firm. Now i have dicided for take legal action among these guys.

Pls do visit other completed and ongoing projects of Samanvay. There are lots of bad work done at almost all the sites. Also, do not trust on any of verbal commitments from them. Because once you purchase property all the verbal commitments are null and void. Quality of work and materials used are also way poor than other builders. I must say you should think not less than hundred times before buying.

Very Wonderful and unique project with modern amenities and planning it’s really combination of location with lifestyle. Especially location is heart of the city and well connected to all major schools and hospitals And construction also very good and their sample house also very well designed to get more visibility if the planning. I highly recommend this project ….

Samanvay Satgunam is located in a vibrant neighborhood. It offers comfortable living with convenient access to amenities. The management team is very helpful and responsive. Apartments are of varied sizes and offer sufficient space and functional layouts. Really looking forward to be a part of this community soooon.

It's a real five star project. Great value for money. No other project in Vadodara can match it for it's location and the buildings with amenities. Praxy, the sales person, was amazing. Her sales pitch, presentation and depth of knowledge was really impressive.

It was very nice and luxury project in the the heart of the city. Ample fresh air all around project. It was made with keeping in mind the requirement of today's need. 51 amenities are there and the project will be handoverv by next year also
