Worst owners. Owners are teaming up with brokers to dupe families who are new to Gujarat. Baroda authorities need to look into the matter closely. Choose a proper broker....very carefully. Before finalizing the rent agreement...do background checks on owners, they might ask to leave their flat... without giving any proper reason...highly inhumane and cruel approach towards families from other states. Whether educated or otherwise don't let their polite n simple faces.....dupe you. Crowd here is...very narrow minded...if u are a petparent simply don't go for this society. Neighbours are cruel n scheming; trying to boss u..if they are friends with ur landlord. bahut gaon waali soch waale log hain. This area is a on the outskirts of baroda...... Undergoing transformation physically. But, mindsets can't be changed so easily...it takes generations....

Never ever waste your money with Samanvay Reality. They give fake promises and deliver you poor quality flats. in Samanvay westfeild , swimming pool not working still it has been 3 years, seepage and leakage problems are at uncountable places. The design in brochure was different and delivered design of garden and club house is different. Rera case is going on but don't know how the Government will help us. Only God can save us. Never waste your money in this "Waste field" . Builder hasn't looked after our problems. Only Money oriented project. Beware of buying ..

Worst Developer ever. Never kept their promises of delivering the house on the said day / date / month / year. When we were allotted the possession there were cracks inside our pent house, somebody pooped in our washroom, the finishing on the ceiling was not proper and a lot more. And when we complained about this to one of the partners of this project he called us "Vichitra Client" (Weirdos). Worst experience.

Society is looking wise average as of from outside as it is in construction process and from inside the building house space is large in the way of hall, kitchen and rooms

Awesome place in bhayli with lots of amenities in gated society..one of the best project I have seen in flats at bhayli area...near by school,super market etc
