I lived for 13 years here and at starting 7-6 years were very good and affordable.. the people who used to live here was also very disciplined as well but after it.. it is worst and dirty nowadays people who are on rent or have there own house is disgusting.. all the time they just fight only also speaks bad words.. making the society as a chawl ... The crime was too much that I also left it.. you also not buy or have a house on rent in this society

I am a resident here since june 29th 2014, I have my own flat in this society on D block 12 no flat. It's price is reasonable comparing with other plans near to this society. This Society management is maintaining the environment fair. It is a price worthy investment if you plan to buy a flat in this plan.

Not good flats I visited once and my uncle live for 2 month there . Water service are not good every time water problems 70% people are not given maintenance lost of problems there I can't write but i recommend that you want flat for rent or buy don't buy or rent in satej homes i

Satej Homes looks good. In this flat, there's a good space, also for vehicle parking lot. I never went inside the flat but it's what looks like from the road side. It is good society. :)

Nice flats. But rooms are too small and society is like chawl.... Not too clean enough and Might have water problem as confirmed by local people
