Not only has the project NOT been completed to this day, but the situation has turned deeply concerning and potentially criminal. Here is what we have experienced: • The project is 6+ years delayed with no clear completion date in sight. • Our signatures were FORGED in a government department without our knowledge or consent — this is fraud. • Despite zero delivery, we are still being pressured and harassed to pay outstanding dues. • Our investment is effectively dead with no accountability from the developer. This is not just a case of delay — forging investor signatures in official government records is a serious legal offence. We are now exploring all legal remedies available to us. I strongly urge any potential investor to do thorough due diligence before putting a single rupee into any project by this company. Do not fall for grand promises. Demand verifiable track records. This review is based on my personal experience as an investor and is being shared in the interest of public awareness.

Even after investing in your scheme,no higher authority of the group came forward to arrange a meeting.I searched for the official mail address and the contact number of the senior authority.But couldn't find it anywhere.Also all the agents or the employees are having their own monopoly,So no one cares to contact or revert back.Poor management flow.

I can say one of best construction company i have ever seen. they are well known for world class iconic infrastructure development. i also visited shree balaji Agora citycentre at vadodara and i must say best development in gujarat.
