I have purchased on the basis of locality but after six month my review changed due to pathetic after sale service. First thing they deviate from it original design then 8 months delayed in possession, poor flooring and many other problems. Every week or two weeks struggling for water supply, few months lift power supply stopped in the night. Every week your wash area tap got chocked and require to clean due to lots of sand and other dirt in water, builder don’t have any solution for it, Life is challenging and no response or responsibility taken by the builder, too much arrogance when you try to highlight issues to them and told me that your rating does matter at all to them. I am giving zero rating to this builder and don’t buy any property from them, they don’t have any experience at all. My family is struggling like anything and invested my lifetime saving in it, maybe for investment purpose it is ok but living is pathetic. I think service will improve when society people will manage. My recommendations is for Parmeshwar Group in this area as they focus on living easiness and high quality after sale service. Think twice if your planning to buy any property from Tulsi Corporation.
