Location is good, in prime area of Surat called Vesu. Parking is sufficient for all the residents but no parking is providedfor guests. Flats are spacious, mostly 4 bedrooms. Activities like gym or swimming pool etc not provided. Facade of building is not very attractive. Looks like an economy flats. Other negative point is that a government budget apartment is built for labourers nearby.
Place having a good residential area and management of parking system..... Here garden for the residential peoples and the various lightings and a lightning fountain.... Is just awesome.... Flats of 3-4 bhk are available at good prices which one can afford.... ...
Flat are good but not designed as vaastu. Buildings are not well maintained, parking areas are very poorly maintained. Central plaza design is horribly worng as it is not good use of common space. The community vibe is totally missing.

Best society clean and healthy Full of amminities . Ample parking space ,play area for children. Very Good society to live .
