Well how do you rate a commercial building? Idk i just simply work here. But overall my experience is fine, well not that fone actually. If you come here for a visit i strongly suggest you to take a bus or brts, cause it's stations are right in front of the building's gate, because parking in this building sucks. It shows lack of management in this well constructed complex. If you want to park inside the complex you need to be inside of parking before 11 o'clock. After that it is nearly impossible to ark a two-wheeler in here. And once you parked it theres no way you are going out now before 7 pm because it is parked so congested that it is impossible to move your vehicle without damaging the other's vehicle and it goes same way around. But if you drive four-wheeler than it is not that bit of a problem for you, cause it grants you the basement parking with hydraulics system and valet for staff members, and for visitors there's a whole another parking area too, where 1 hour is free and after that it is chargeable as per 1 hr - 30 something bucks. Complex provides 3 lift where 1 lift is only for the builder's office and only 2 lifts for 1-10 floor, so if you want to avoid lateness and hate standing in lines for lift then I'll suggest you'd come 15 mins early. Well whole building is central air conditioner so no worries there and also theres no public restroom/washroom on the ground floor as well.

On the BRTS rute. Star bazar, mall, multiplex is at walking distance.... Hospitals, bank atm is at min. Walk.... Good landscaped garden.... In door games & Gym..... Only scheme of 2 towers 3 bhk big size APPARTMENT with servent room make IVY the favourit choice for the 1 who wants superior life in Ahmedabad's prominent location.

Amazing Society, well maintained ambience and the decorom. The most exiting thing was the humble security staff. I have never seen so kind guard in any society. The management have worked good on selecting the maintenance and the security team. Another best part was the seperate accommodation for servants on the floor. I really loved the society in the real sense.

Good business space with ideal location inthe city. Normally noticed from far distance. Limited and paid parking. 1 hr free then after 30 rs/hr.
