I purchased house in aarya elite-2, Since last 2 years water supply not sufficient and water quality was very poor like TDS 4500, total hardness 400-500ppm Dear sudhapati developers team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent issue regarding the water supply in aarya elite-2. Over the past 2 years, there has been [water such as low pressure, no water, discoloration, etc.]. This issue is causing inconvenience and difficulty for residents in the area. I kindly request immediate attention and action to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I love the site. And material what they are using which is most important. If you looking to settle down then this is best property ever. Every amenities are nearby. Builder and their staff are really supportive and make you understand in detail about the property.

I purchased a 2 bhk flat in Aarya Elight -2 and the falt is superb compared to any other site which i had visited earlier in Vadodara. Location-based is Good and also flat is very specious. It's a Awsome site for Luxurious and premium flats as well as Duplex.

Waste of my 25 lacs to invest this site. In monsoon there is lots of trouble here. Small lake feeling around monsoon. Drainage line se back maar raha hai ganda pani. lots of bad smelling due to drainage line back water. Please don't invest around this site.

As per location it was ok, because we went there in rainy days and it was not good time to visit over there in between rainy days. But as per construction I can't give any kind of feedback because I had gone there for their another property dealing.

No any doubt to buy a property in Aarya Group. good people. Good quality of work. affordable rate to buy dream house in Aarya Group. no stress about budget they can manage all that things easy for us.
