Not a good investment for short term as well long term. Many issues are there in the building, mainy most priority - plumbing - the water leakage affected the flat inside outside both... parking issue, not enough space between 2 building. Plumbing material work quality is very low. Building drainage system is Also issues at the ground floor. As per video on the YouTube, yes this Pratham building's sales man is very polite during your first visit. You will regret once u buy this flats, they don't support/take responsibility of any issues.

Pratham Riviera, The high-rise towers has ultimate luxury kept in mind during the design phase. It Comes with maximum ventilation, grate views and decent balcony that makes it a home you always dreamt of owning. You may never find this ratio of living spaces with open space as you find here. The large open garden space with sit-outs and meticulously designed internal roads add that much needed ease and user-friendliness to the lifestyle concept.

The plumbing is terrible, leaking everywhere, and they offer no solutions. The apartments only look good, but the amenities and service are substandard. There is no after sales service, Please don't buy any apartments. Even after paying 27.50 lakh rupees, they are giving us a house of such terrible quality.

Myself owning 3bhk Duplex Villa 4 since last 10 years and now writting this review in June 2024 that Pratham Rivera township it's one of the best location, beautiful landscape and charming surroundings atmosphere to live with family. Society are well cleaned and neighbors are educated.

Roads are too poor. do not buy unless the roads are made. in rainy season you will feel embarrassed to pass from the road to go outside. Water logging on "Kachcha Rasta" people are living since long. Still 2021 no proper roads are made.
