Very nice place and good society and builder is also very nice ... Nila space infrastructure is good and reputed company and they are very good in their work and we Anant sky family are very satisfied by there work ... But some people who got this home in " KHAIRAT" ( FROM Jeeto) they don't deserve to be stay in the society.. They ask for money from the builder and builder refuse to give them so they went for legal action and they spreading negative in the market .... So guys please don't believe them and keep faith in builder as he has done good work and build an affordable scheme for middle class families like us.

Hi All, would like to inform everyone that Anant Sky is one of the best society in Ranip area where 460 families are leaving happily and also we are celebrating all the festival with lot of joy and happiness. Also would like to inform that society never came across any paranormal activity in the society and no one has raised any such concern as well...so would request that do not consider or take in mind as there is nothing to be worried about such things as they do not exist in our well lived society.

It's been 2 years only from BU Permission and look at the walls... full of dampness I must say quality of construction is very poor affordable scheme banane k chakkar me builder forgot to use quality products..have tried to contact employees and management of the builder but there is no response..although locality is very good but one should be concerned before booking any property of Nila Spaces Ltd.

Great experience with the Team Anant Sky. All the sales staff is cooperative and during such pandemic, they have given maximum flexibility for payment. They really want to turn a house into Sweet Home and customer's satisfaction is their utmost priority. Fully satisfied with team's services. Keep it up!!!
