A well-planned, secured and sprawling residential complex, this Housing Project is ideal for peaceful living. Wide and neatly maintained roads have elevated pavements, ensuring pedestrian safety. A large and neatly kept public Park "AUDA GARDEN" is a boon to the residents.
It's a huge township with aprtments and villas. We were visiting one of the villa. Very organised and green. Just that the approaching road is a big trouble in monsoons with waterlogged roads and almost no roads. Applewood apertments are of sfrnt sizes and well made.

Nice township with both villas and apartment options. Ample greenery inside campus. Facility is well maintained. Wide roads and ample parking. Pets are allowed in garden so that is a big plus point for pet parents.
This place was construction residential buildings. But residential colony it's very beautiful houses.
