Sun Shela One

This single star is only for the location as this building is not worth even a single star. We booked this flat as the Sun Builder is a well known firm and it is also said that they use excellent quality building materials but once we bought this flat we found out that the quality of work is extremely poor there a loads of problems related to water leakage, sanitary wear and some other construction problems. The staff here is also not co-operative enough to solve any of these problems they always delay the work and in the end find excuses to not fix these problems.Here is some proof of the problems that we are facing.

Finishing is One of the worst and equally worst are the service professionals they hired. I had to chase and yell at them 7 times a week to get crack filled, door lock issues and stuff.. They turn deaf if you are not at Ahmedabad. Water leakage is common across flats and building material is one of the worst quality

One of the best affordable housing schemes available in the Ahmedabad Market. If you are looking to stay near Bopal or Shela, this is the place you should stay. The quality of the construction is of high standard and the look & feel once you visit the place is quite nice.

Beautiful Residential scheme in the heart of shela area with all required amenities. Very pleasant and positive vibes. Staff members of Sun Builder are always taking prompt action for our any issue or complaint.They are maintaining this scheme so nicely.
