The staff and sales team come across as extremely arrogant and overconfident. They behave as though they are the only developers capable of building quality residential units and constantly project the idea that no other property in the market can match what they offer. Instead of understanding customer needs, their attitude feels dismissive and self-centered, making the overall experience quite unpleasant and unprofessional.
A totally overpriced project. Shela today is the most overpriced area of Ahmedabad. The Builder has very carelessly built 22 floors tall towers. On cash the flat rate is 78 and with black of around 10 lacs. The towers stand very close to each other. Building lacks everything light and air. If you are going for Sarthya West. Think Twice.
Impressed by Vishwanath Sarathya West in Shela! The massive 70% open area ensures excellent ventilation, and the private foyer entrance offers fantastic privacy. Truly a premium, well-connected 3 BHK residential landmark.
The project reflects proper planning and attention to detail. From ventilation and lighting to landscaping and security, everything is well executed. Vishwanath Builders have delivered a great residential space.
Worst experience, arrogant staff. Have never ever seen such people whose attitude is such as if they are not selling the property but as if donating. I suggest not to invest in their scheme
Very poorly arranged sales team. Noone is responsible to answer. Visited office twice but looks like noone is interested in answering. Buisness owner is not in reach.
