All the sewage pipes keep leaking,one can't even walk below the blocks since it stinks like sewage The society is not maintained at all,the badminton court doesn't have a roof or a net,the canteen prices are too high as compared to the quality of food,there are paan spits everywhere in the society The swimming pool has insects swimming in it,leaves on the bottom,the library is totally out of maintenance,the books get stolen and uneducated people leave their kids unsupervised in the library,the kids scribble on the walls,tables and books,the gym is never cleaned,there are sweat stains on the floors and on the treadmils,the dumbles STINCK sooo bad,the trainer is only there for chit chat People are so uneducated here,the water from their ac condensers and plants keeps leaking off the building like rain,there are pegion dumps literally everywhere

Very good society. People are here very friendly nature. All the amenities is very good and useful for our health. Airport is also nearby within 10 mints away and diamond market is 20 minutes away. Thanks to Avadh Builder because our dreams comes true. Thanks to all of them who ever supported us with there blessings too.

This is one of best society in surat, little outside of surat city. You will enjoy here if want peace and pollution free place to live. Delhi Public School is very nearby here. Distance from Airport is around 4 KM , 5 min drive. Best option to opt if your working place is west of surat or in Hazira
