While the architectural design is modern and visually appealing, several issues prevent it from meeting expectations. The construction quality is subpar, with visible cracks in the walls and uneven flooring in common areas. These flaws indicate poor workmanship, and the lack of regular maintenance only worsens the situation. Dimly lit corridors and malfunctioning elevators create an inconvenient and sometimes unsafe environment. The advertised amenities sound impressive, but in reality, they fail to deliver. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance with no clear reopening date. The gym was missing essential equipment, making it difficult to have a proper workout. The clubhouse looked neglected, offering little in terms of recreational activities. These shortcomings make it hard to justify the claims of a premium residential experience. Interacting with the management team was frustrating. Concerns about maintenance and facility issues were met with indifference, and there was no clear communication about when or if these problems would be resolved. This lack of accountability raises concerns about long-term management and upkeep. The location presents further challenges. While Shilaj is developing, the surrounding infrastructure remains weak. Access to essential services like grocery stores, medical facilities, and public transportation is limited, making daily life inconvenient. Considering the high prices, the experience does not match the cost. The gap between what is promised and what is delivered is too significant to overlook. Brookstone has potential, but without significant improvements in maintenance, customer service, and amenities, it falls short of being a truly desirable residential option.

Plus, the proximity to Oxygen Park is such a rare find in Ahmedabad. The team is professional and transparent, which makes the experience even better.
