13.06.26- 7 PM. Today we visited Shilp head office near to Rajpat club at 12.30 PM and shared our concerned about delay in possession and leakage from 11th floor. Surprisingly just now at 6.50 PM, we recd a call from their customer service team ( Janvi’s ) number and threatened me. It’s height that one side you are giving such poor services and other side doing Dadagiri and threatened me. Poor construction. Leakage started before possession. Done payment 3 months before but no possession. Water leakage from upper flat. Every week visit and no outcome. Pathetic construction and poor response

We were very excited when we booked 3 bhk in shilp serene but after completion of project the EXTERIOR PAINT GIVES FEELING OF AUDA FLATS LOOKING TO THE PAINT AND DULL FINISHING. I REQUEST BUILDER TO SEE THE NEARBY PROJECTS LIKE 9 YARDS SHILAJ SKY SILVER BROOK 2 ETC. AND LOOK AT THE SHILP EXTERIOR PAINT AND QUALITY, EVEN YR MAINTENANCE TEAM IS ACCEPTING THAT EXTERIOR LOOKING VERY DIRTY PLEASE CHANGE EXTERIOR COLOR WITH LATEST CLASSY TREND AND ENHANCE THE BRAND NAME SHILP. WE HV INVESTED OUR HARD MONEY PLS RECONSIDER OUR REQUEST.

Shilp Serene....Serenity at its best.Very good. On SP ring road with 2 side road corner property. Mayurbhai was very impressive with detailed explanations. Value for money property.

Who ever is planning to buy/invest with Shilp Group should first visit their Shilp Ananta scheme (Shela) before making any investments.
