An infrastructure and developer company with a difference. It's having an edge over its competitors on at least 2 counts, customer service and quality work. The best thing about their sales team is that they are good listeners. They provide solutions to the problem they walk an extra mile to resolve issues if any. In construction line, the buyer would want a house at their price, where the developer might not be able to provide at that cost, my experience with Chavda Infra is they charge a premium, but deliver the goods of the best quality and ensure that customer is satisfied. Their quality is impeccable and if at all you find something inappropriate, they would take necessary steps ensuring customer remains happy and satisfied. One would feel that Chavda infra is expensive, but they deliver the quality for the premium charged. They are just not selling a property they ensure that you get the feeling of building your own house and they take care of the aspirations and desires to the extent possible. I would have dealt very less with the Chief, Mr Mahesh Chavda, but kudos to him for giving appropriate authority and responsibility to his able team especially the sales team where I dealt with Mr Nikhil Arora, who has always kept a smiling face and heard out the outburst at times and would have gone back on the drawing board, convinced his Boss, Mr. Parth Gajjar and would come up with the best possible solution. In local paralance a genuine builder.

I took the number from the Anahata hoarding and called but did not got any reply but after that I visited the site & there sale representative Nikhil gave me project orientation instead of ask us what we are looking for & even he is not interested in our requirements & i asked about basic Vaastu directions he was silent & was gave very strange face expression it seems he has double face standard person which is not trustworthy. please be aware of this guy.

I visited manali apartment that scheme is very good but i dont like attitude sale representative Mr. Nikhil. he was started copied scripted orientation instead of listen to my requirement. hence i dont like his attitude any more if this is the attitude came from the listed company than sorry.
