We bought an office in Sun Central Place, there are many leakage problems in the premises in basement parking, all pipes, bathroom fittings not working properly. The building premises are maintained by the Sun Builder Group. Outside building glass fitting has many big & small hols, before a week we complained to Mr Paresh Rajput, the building in charge of sun central place, but there are no solutions. in the picture, you can see the water coming inside & it is damaging the inside wall. In our allotted parking there is a leakage in the ceiling, it’s been a 1-month completed Mr Paresh Rajput turns the matter round & round. No solutions. We shared Sun Builder Team Management, Mr Mrunal In charge of Sun Central Place, Never responds to calls or msgs. The attitude of the staff is like they had made huge obligation that sun builders have sold the office to us. They never take any responsibility to finish the work only fake verbal communication.

Though this builder is called most reputed builder in Ahmedabad City but my experience as a resident of Sun Atmospheres is poor. From possession delay to poor maintenance management. Sun Atmosphere is brand new society it's been hardly 3 months builder started giving possession and we can see street dogs roaming inside this society and management team is doing nothing to tackle the issue. It's not that they have sold flats for cheap. Here flats are expansive. Kids are not safe playing inside society because of dogs. I don't know that they are waiting for worst to happen or what. There are so many security loops that any one can enter that society through commercial basement the way dogs are entering. I want Sun builder to take such small and basic responsibility.

Workmanship is very poor in building construction, I am living in Sun Aspire scheme from May 2018 and in Just 1.5 Years, (1) there is water leakage start from common drainage line and the same will affect my common wash area. (2) Building height is more than 40 Mtr (120 Ft Approx), there is no provision of lightning arrestor, if lightning fall there is no SAFETY. (3) In just 1.5 years, there are many cracks on outer area of building and due to these cracks in rainy season the water seepage is coming inside the flats. Mrugesh Bhatt 304 Sun Aspire

I am talking about sun footprints new site. Possession given by them very late . Bakvas experience from Head Office even they can't receive fon .Worst experience ever . Commo Hall rent is very high . Personally bad experience .

We purchased property in sun footprints. The possession date was march 2026. Since we haven’t received. They just ignoring .please let us know if someone facing same problem so we can solve the problem

Very bad experience of this builder. Poor constructions and management. Don't buy any property from this group.
