Four Avenues

All the 5 star & 4 star reviews are given by the builders employees. So look for honest reviews only before you buy the property by the owners only. The bulding location is ausome but the quality of work provided by the builder is very poor. We had to re_do many things because of poor quality of finishing work by buldier. Also, never payout the complete amount for posession as the builder is simply non professional and lacks to provide timely services of basic common facilities. They are always ready to hoard for money for the changes requested to them due to the blunders done by the engineers. Eg. Given in the video where we had to redo for tiles where fixers were put in gaps of tiles & poor quality of work done by the builder. Also one clear eg. Of fake reviews given in photo where this person is working as supervisor for builders has given a review. So all the 5* reviews are created fake by the builder to create the fake hype. Whenever you ask the them for services after the position for pending task they have a standard answer of no labour is available today or tomorrow & asking for money for changes. Forget about customer delight & customer satisfaction for responses recived on daily complains by the owners of property. Delay in completing the facilites & non maintenace of facility. So think before you buy any property of courtyard towers / commercial projects of courtyard or any property @ four avenues.

Extremely bad experience with project. Totally disappointed with Developer and their willingness to complete the project. All lifts not installed till date, painting work incomplete. It's a regret to buy this property.

If Reviews given in negative then i give minus 5 Rating. Work is poor. Builders are not cooperative. Builders not able solve a small problem from last six months. Builders has interest in only payments not in work.

poor work, it has been 5 years, yet the work is not completed. Just unprofessional. Very much dissatisfied with the work compare to other builder group in the city.
