Epic failure of architect and builder. 21st century materials combined with 1970’s mentality towards building standards. They obviously didn’t understand or didn’t care about the building standards. The anti-social effects are worst for our respected elders who suffer from such failures. Example 1: Unsafe and Non-Compliant Stairway. A stairway to the restaurant Darshan ends at the edge of the building plinth! Then you have three more steps on slippery marble without handrails!! The handrail is very low when it should be 900mm (3’) Heigh. It should also have an extension of 300mm at the end beyond the last first step. A stairway must not exceed 12 steps in any one flight. This has more than double at 25!! After 12 steps there should be a rest landing of at least 1.5m (5') length. Example 2: Main Plinth. No ramp access from any side! The only access to the ramp is by slippery steps and the whole front/roadside doesn’t have a single handrail! Example 3: Lifts. Where in the world do you put access to lifts where you have to go up steps to get to them? It is really pathetic that in 2018 we see architecture like this. It looks like it was put together by a second year student. Copying and pasting other people’s fancy shaped concepts without understanding the simplest aspects of building standards.

The location of this property is good. The build quality of the floor is poor. The floor has caved in at many places in the open area.

Really pathetic architecture making the place extremely uncomfortable for the elderly and impossible for the disabled

Very nice Banquet hall, very specious and good arrangment. Food quality is very high quality
