I really like this project. I must say it is perfect value for money 3BHK Seven story project managed by professionals team. Good prime location of Vadodara on vasna bhayali road, close to school, grocery mall, hospital, club etc and still away from city’s hustle. Some of the luxury and necessary features like 2 flats per floor, allotted parking, Only 14 flats per tower, 2 lifts each tower, three side open flats, all Morden amenities and many more in this price range is most attractive thing about this project. And one of the most important thing which we all people never focus while buying new house is construction quality and kind of materials they are using which is excellent in this project. Any one planning to buy house in Vadodara, I will say before finalizing other project you must visit once this project. I am sure in this price range you won’t go anywhere else.

Beautifal Sample House with Excellent Wind and Light in each room of Flat. I liked Studio Apparmtent Concept with Excellent spacing in Living room and all Bed / Guest Rooms. Best part is the planning incorporated where there is no Wastage of Space. 20 feet Corridor on each floor with 6 feet Staircase and 2 Lifts in each wing is appreciable. It has Unique design with only 2 Flats per floor with 3 Side Open and Both flats not facing each other which gives Privacy like Bungalow. Go for it is what I can say..

Green leaf exotica : project is very good and very spacious flat and most favorable is the builder name Jay Bhai very calculated person and he would convince you if you like the project than you can't move from that project without investment, I also invest in this project for 3 bhk. Once you should visit this project you would like to invest. In price now must be little high but for mid class it is perfect for their need.

WOW is the feeling I got when I visited the Sample House. The name "Green Leaf Exotica" is synonym to Ideal Home for every family. All 3 BHK Flats are Spacious and Vastu Certified. Best part is all Flats it's C shaped Design where every flat has Visibility to all amenities built in the Center of Scheme.

The Architect of GLE has really put in lot of efforts while designing…It really is luxurious and provides positive vibes because of its unique (don’t know the exact word) design.Builders are really very cooperative and are very prompt and kind in response .All the best VRAJ for your future endeavours…
