i will give 0 because terrible service, don't expect good response they even take days to say that they were failed finding property for us even after i mentioned that we had emergency and he named rahul pandey promised to revert by evening and after 2 days i text him than he denied that they failed to search , also poor management , worst service ever, I have screenshots of the chats and also call recording ... And I just don't wanna discuss it but I will definitely say that don't come here if you have any urgency regarding this service

Update: Seems very helpful before I bought property. I purchased property and assigned him agent to rent property. But after initial purchase and giving property to one Rentee , no reply from him. Rentee causing issue in giving rent but he doesn’t receive call or reply to messages. He is honest and transparent. He helped me purchase rent and not only helped through purchase but also completed all document formalities after purchase without asking including transfer of ownership for electircity meter.

We was in search of 1 bhk flat in palnpur gauravpath road so i find hellys realtor on google and have seen review and contacted him. I met to haresh bhai and he gave us best property. He helped us in every process from deal to loan to registry to geb smc Gujarat gas name transfer. We are very thank full to hareshbhai and his team.

I have contacted them on WhatsApp twice, they took my basic details and then they ignored my message no response. I also went to their office with my father waited more than 1 hr but could not able to meet haresh bhai. He has no time & respect for his new client.
