Rio Empire is a decent place overall, but there are a few concerns. The biggest issue is with the lift — it's either too slow or not working at times, which can be frustrating, especially for those on higher floors. Parking is another problem; limited space makes it difficult to find a proper spot, particularly during peak hours. The building itself is fine, but these basic inconveniences bring down the experience.

We shave come here at Oran restaurant for business conference and they have the dedicated parking in the basement but the building watchman didn’t allow us park car in basement - told that it’s not for you. He misbehaved and lied also that basement is full - actually it was completely empty… the building management is worst with visitors

Very poor and dangerous parking facility for two wheelers, My bike slipped and its very hard to balance in so narrow passage, 2 vehicles cannot pass at the same time. The tires do not hold the grip well in such slippery track.

Its a great place for corporate offices. Very clean, well maintained building. River view from the building is very beautiful. One of the best options for office premises. Doctors , traders and tution classes are not allowed.

Rio Empire is an impressive 20-floor complex with great facilities, modern design, and a vibrant atmosphere. Truly a landmark destination
