⭐ 0 Star – Prolonged Non‑Compliance & Buyer Distress I purchased a residential plot in Dholera Mega City Marigold developed by M/s Infinity Infra in February 2020, based on clear assurances that the project was legally compliant and that required approvals were in place or would be obtained. More than 6 years have passed, and the project still does not have mandatory RERA registration, which was never disclosed at the time of sale. This raises serious concerns about transparency, compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and buyer protection. Project details: Project: Dholera Mega City Marigold Developer: Infinity Infra Sale deed date: 01 Feb 2020 Registered value: ₹18.13 lakh Current status: No RERA approval As an Indian citizen residing overseas, I invested my hard‑earned savings in India with trust and confidence in the system. The prolonged lack of statutory compliance has caused financial uncertainty, mental stress, and loss of trust. Public information shows that Infinity Infra is professionally associated with individuals including Mr. Ruturaj Chudasama, as reflected on LinkedIn. However, despite multiple years having elapsed, buyers have received no lawful resolution—neither RERA registration nor refund. I am not seeking profit or appreciation—only one of the following: Completion of mandatory RERA registration, or Refund of the original investment amount paid in 2020. I strongly urge prospective buyers to independently verify RERA status and legal approvals before investing in this project or with this developer. I sincerely hope Infinity Infra takes responsibility and resolves buyer grievances in a lawful and ethical manner.

Infinity Infra is a genuine company to invest in Dholera SIR.They have very good locations inside Dholera,There prices are not to high anyone can buy their plot in dholera with their attractive EMI options, I am having Good experience with Infinity team(Suraj sir), Are honest in dealing & flexible with the individual requirement.
