Very dishonest builder. Though Savvy Swaraj Phase 1 Akanksha is well planned but builder did lot of cheating. There was a block open space in plan where builder built commercial complex and sold out. No maintenance records given to members and very less deposit returned. Builder gave free club membership and now after 4 year started asking for AMC charges. Further, all club amenities are chargeable except walking on the walking track. Club house also built from members money and lot of shops given on rental and now builder himself is enjoying the rent of club house shops. Very dishonest practices. Take everything in writing if you are buying a flat from Savvy Construction. Very bitter experience.

I wish I could give him 0 star. Totally irresponsible company. Never ever buy property of this builder. The google reviews I see here, seems paid reviews(Observe the pattern). This people do value the values of customer. it have been approx 2 years there is no road , street light, lot of issue with the flats and construction. poor materials used. People are investing their whole life earned money in to this. but they consider property as a road side vegetable vendor. A whole society is regretting buying property with this builder. I wish, I would have asked to someone who have bought property with these liers.

Even though we residents of pragati savvy swaraaj phase 2 residing more than 4 years now savvy failed to give us the allocated permanent car parking. Highly unprofessional builder and always give the false promises.

The organization is well managed and the quality of work is good on every projects. I didn't seen any kind of compromise on quality, concept and design. Overall good experience to deal with.
