It has community hall in the center of all wings sufficient for 150 people gatherings. Overall a new and until maintained well. 3 BHK midvalue residential apartments with reasonably good build quality. The location is too interior and the last of Raiya Dhar, may be a negative untill entire area get develops. Another important factor it has to be maintained properly else to maintain Sky Park and Other amenities are big challange for residential association.

I recently visited at Oscar Sky Apartment in Rajkot and I have to say, it was a great experience. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-maintained.The view from the apartment was also great. It was on a high floor, and I had a clear view of the city. It was especially beautiful at night.The apartment is well-appointed, and the location and view are excellent.

Good residential property in Rajkot. Very peaceful atmosphere at prime location. Facilities like security, terrace garden, club, mini theatre and allotted parking for members.
