I recently had the pleasure ro visit swastik highlands, a charming retreat nestled in the tranquil surroundings of raiya hills in rajkot. Swastik highlands is strategically located atop raiya hills, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the rajkot cityscape. Swastik highlands has 2 and 3 bhk flats with high rise buildings. Total 12 floors are there and i guess total 6 wings are there. Flats really has nice view with standing balcony. Flats carpet area ranging from 600 sq.ft to 900 sq.ft approximate. At the launching time , the price was much competitive but now a days as area is developed well so you may find appreciated price. Swastik highlands has many amenities like children play area, walking path, 24 hour security, cctv camera, basement parking, alloted car parking, water facility, gas connection, electricity connection, common solar rooftop, 2 express lifts per wing, gazebo, lawn area and many more. Considering overall experience, swastik highlands offers good value for money. The tranquil ambiance and the scenic views makes it worthy to live. Value for money 💰 ●good to purchase ● even good for investment

On road. Easy to find. Very good amenities. Property is in good condition, well maintain. Rear gate is not for daily use. Security guard is supportive. Maintain entry registration for visitors. Surrounded with greenery and farms. Enjoyed to be there.

Wonderful residential project , spacing between two building is as per IS standers , ventilation is too good cause the three sides of project is totally open , you should visit once atleast.

Location is really good. Peaceful atmosphere and really well maintained society.
