What you see on their Instagram and what you experience in person are completely different realities. Online, everything looks polished, friendly, and customer-first. In reality, the experience feels cold, dismissive, and purely transactional. There is little to no effort to make customers feel valued—it comes across as if the only priority is taking your money and moving on. This isn’t just a gap in service; it’s a lack of genuine respect for customers. No matter how good the marketing looks, it cannot compensate for poor behavior and an unprofessional attitude in real interactions. If you’re expecting the same level of care and professionalism shown online, you may want to reconsider. The experience simply does not match the image being sold.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service representative, Piyush. When I tried reaching out, my calls initially went unanswered. When I was finally able to connect, the interaction was unprofessional and came across as discourteous. Customer service plays a critical role in building trust and ensuring a positive experience. Unfortunately, this interaction did not meet those standards. There is a clear need for improved communication skills and a more respectful approach when dealing with customers. Based on this experience, it is difficult to feel confident about the level of service one can expect when interacting with this representative. Won't Recommend Anyone, if the service is like this.

Really bad experiences, The number is always busy, don't call back and when he answerd, after multiple call, he had really bad attitued, Not recomending, their should be better customer service. Not Happy at all will not recommend anyone.
