I just went for normal Inquiry and they said 2BHK Flat can cost you 75Lakhs inc. all. In whole South Vasna area it's too much costly. Saanvi Nirman launched it's 3BHK scheme at 73 Lakhs inc. all. Now, becoming a big Brand in New Vasna area Rajyash Group is now convert to Egoistic considering that they have the monopoly in South Vasna area. Rajyash Group is good no doubt in that. But, if they just rise the price at this level then it's not a worth.
I think most poor quality of work done! This my true experience & you may like outer looks and design but internal construction quality is reality poor. Like flooring, plaster, plumbing work. People are also facing moisture & seepage issue.
If you are owner of the flat then you are KiNG here but if you are living on rent then I feel the behaviour of society is not good. It is not welcoming. You will be excluded from events and all.
