Very worst scheme, There are so many issues in the scheme. We have raised the issues to builder but builder is not going to answer any of the issues. 1) There is a parking problem for 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers. Every week parking plan gets changed due to not properly alloted. We had paid Rs 1 lakh to builder but still parking is not fixed for all the members(Not received any confirmation letter for parking) 2) Water leakage problem (all most from all the house) even from swimming pool also. 3) One lift is not working from all the wings since more than last 1 month still builder has not taken any steps. Etc etc Builder is not ready meet us, in each n every meeting he send his chief engineer and that chief engineer has no power in his hand.

Builder has recovered Rs 1,00,000\- for allotment of car parking but now they denied to provide Allotment letter of car parking and there is no sufficient space for Two wheeler and four wheeler Car parking .. It is advisable for new buyer to confirm their two wheeler and four wheeler Car parking space and parking allotment letter in writing on letterhead of builder with proper seal and sign. Builder has not provided the safety grill wherever required in the flat. Buyer has to incur extra cost for this safety feature. I had very bad experience with the management of the builder.

management is not proper. they change parking plan 4 time. till date not get resolution. firstly they provide me good parking then after they change the number of my parking and my parking give to newly come member. currently my car is long and they provide me short parking space in that space parking is not possible. also in this scheme two wheeler parking required minimum 450 but they provide only around 250. so in future we have to face lots of problem. also builder denied to provide allotment parking latter. so, due to this face lots of problem in future.

Facing many problems related parking, life is not working properly from last 1 months, water leaking issues in swimming pool, life which is too dangerous, 2 wheels parking is not available, very small 4 wheel parking. Many times requesting to management of builder, but they are lease concern to solving it. Don't buy any damm property here. Thry are giving fix allotted parking but not giving allotment letter of parking to any such members, they cheat with all members. There is no - ve review otherwise I will give you - 5. We are members of this society.

We are facing lots of Issue in this Scheme in Rainey Season, till the date not given proper Car Parkng not slove it. 3 to 4 time change Car Parking Plan even not proper parking of Two Wheeler also. Podium area Sinior Citizen aminities total Damage, Lift was not working last one Month
