Ratnam Parkview

Today, I toured the Ratnam Parkview project, and I was quite taken aback by the exorbitant prices they presented. Interestingly, this property is marketed by a company called Global, and it seems they offer varying rates to different individuals. Just two days ago, a friend of mine visited and received a completely different price. Unfortunately, transparency doesn't seem to be their strong suit. Additionally, they claim a completion date that's a year earlier than what's officially documented. Furthermore, common amenities are shared among a whopping 350+ flats. Investing in a project with fewer than 275 flats might be a wiser choice. They are new to the western part of Vadodara, the location is a concern due to the neighbourhood. There was no proper place to park my car and also it got punctured.

I went there to visit the site today at night. Even the approaching road is not proper. Location wise it might be ok but not a good property for the price they are offering. It will cost approximately 55 lakhs including everything. I don't think it is a good property to buy. Next to Shakti greens party plot. But just look on other side it is like jungle with coconut trees. Won't recommend. The correct price should be 40 lakhs including everything. Carpet area is approximately 900 sqft. 6111 rs/sqft you can get a plot why will you live here. I am sure turmite problem will be prevalent after few years. Hollow concrete brick is used for construction.

Recently visited and the experience was good. They have ready one sample flat with interiors furniture and one flat without furniture for visualising space of the house we have to book, also along with the project 3D model.

No project is 100% so this 4 star. It is a very good project, nice locality and price wise reasonable.
