I had the chance to visit the Sheladia Divine site, and the experience was quite impressive. The team guided me patiently through the sample flat and explained every detail in a very clear and structured way. I also got an opportunity to meet the builder, who came across as genuine, open, and confident. It gave me a strong sense of trust and clarity about the project.
Very poor workmanship. Poor quality of work. They hired third party contractors for one of their project Sheladia Sarva, and did not pay attention to their work. They use good quality items but they find cheap labour to get the work done. Think twice before investing your hard earned money in any of the Sheladia Project's schemes.
Pathetic Quality. Building Life can be counted in months and every part provided is having problem of functioning properly or not working at all. I really don't know how to sympathize with the many owners here. So many leakages, every month and so on ..... Just now basement lift doors are found crushed....it is safety issue....
